Running is quite honestly the only sport Benn can do since he has absolutely no ability when it comes to anything requiring hand eye coordination. He enjoys traveling with his wife and kids and makes sure to pack his running shoes and Garmin no matter where he’s going. Until recently he has always been a road runner, enjoying the beautiful long straight miles SD has to offer; but has found a new passion for trail running after entering his first Trail Race Series in 2023. Benn has enjoyed everything the running community has done for him over the years, and hopes to be able to give back in the same way by joining the SFARC board.
