Josh grew up in Bismarck, ND and moved to Sioux Falls in August of 2021. He discovered running as part of his weight loss journey. Believe it or not, Josh used to weight about 400 lbs. He took fell in love with running as it was something he never thought he would be able to do. He dove head first and discovered trails and ultrarunning pretty quickly. Josh has more ultramarathon finishes than 5k race finishes. If you are doing what you love, why not spend all day doing it?!
