The Sioux Falls Area Running Club is teaming up with members Lance Smith and John Bantsen, to run/walk a marathon at the Empire Mall on February 1st!

We are teaming up with LifeScape and their Mall Walk to raise money for their non-profit and all the great things they do for our community!

So what's going on here? How can you be involved?

1. Simply donate to LifeScape via our team page - https://secure.qgiv.com/.../31stannualmallwalk/team/977179/

2. Join the LifeScape Mall Walk which starts at 9:30am and ends at 11am. More information here: https://pigeon605.com/beloved-lifescape-mallwalk.../

3. Join Lance Smith and friends at 7am at the main entrance(Sephora/Athleta) to the mall. They will run outside for an hour until the mall officially opens.

From there (8AM), the group will head indoors and alternate indoor(1m walking) and outdoor(1.2m jog) loops until they hit 26.2 miles!
